Phases and Reflection was written during a time of learning to notice more—to sit with uncertainty, feel every emotion deeply, and observe the experiences that shape us. Each song found its own voice, language, and sound, resulting in a collection that moves freely across genres while remaining deeply personal. More than anything, the album is an invitation to see feeling as a gift and to intentionally choose what we reflect back into the world.
